Our questionnaires are particularly adapted to your needs : They do offer a great confidentiality. The equipment of such a test is composed neither of a handbook, nor of a sheet of answers, but allows the user to print his results directly on line in the most confidential way.

Kuder's formulas are systematically applied to the data concerning the two sexes considered both separated and joined together.

The experiments of calibration are carried out on a large sample of women and men.

The results are all checked up in order to prove the good stability of the factorial structure. We surround ourselves with all the requisite guarantees so that all the questionnaires saturate well on their own factors, thus showing the discriminating power of the selected items.

Each scale is calibrated so that the furthest from the average the mark is, the more it is regarded as extreme, and the more obvious the measured factor will be for the subject.

However all experienced psychologists are quite aware of the limits of the accuracy when an interpretation of human dimension is concerned. One may say anyway that for a trust interval of 95 %, the margin of error becomes more or less two standard errors of measurement.

The program is specially envisaged so as to avoid most errors, and particularly in the interpretation of the extreme marks, since a mere difference of two points in a rough mark can lead to a considerable difference in the final result.

Indeed, one can account for an extreme mark with several explanations :

• The answers are given at random because of a certaine nonchalance towards the test.
• The person might have tried to create a favourable sensation. The emphasis should actually be put upon the fact that in spite of their logical structure and design, the factors belong to the bipolar construction, but this means in no way that high marks are inevitably good and low marks bad.
• Difficulties of comprehension

In our calibrations, we take great care so that the coefficients of fidelity test-retest indicate a long-time stability of the different factors. We never display a test on line before having made sure that the correlations (Bravais-Pearson) between the two tests have given the best results.

These tests can be provided in French, English and Spanish in order to take into account the sociological situation of each country and to avoid any ambiguity linked with culture.

This fact considerably improves the psychometric properties of our applications. It is sometimes quite useful to forget the original text in order to extract its meaning towards its destination.
